Q. How much do your services cost?
A. I work hard to keep my services reasonable, while striving to give you the
most value for your money.
Planning Consultations~ currently priced at $99.
Wedding Day Coordination~ $749.
Wedding Design, Planning and Coordination~$1699.
Discounts apply for off-season weddings, please inquire.
Q. How do I pay for your services?
A. Check and Credit Card payments via PayPal are preferred.
Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Planning Consultations ~ a one time, up front fee.
For Wedding Day Coordination and Wedding Design and Planning a deposit of
one third the full fee guarantees your date and services.
Equal monthly payments are then due each month leading up to your wedding
date, with your final balance due on your wedding day.
Q. What if I want to cancel your services? Do I lose my deposit?
A. You may cancel at any time, for any reason up to 90 days before your
wedding. You will be refunded all fees paid, less $25 per hour I have spent
working for you. (For example, should you choose to cancel before our first
planning session, you would receive a full refund. If you chose to cancel after a
one and a half hour planning session you would receive a refund less $37.50.)
Upon cancellation you will be provided a full itemization of all billable hours
along with your refund.
Less than 90 days before your wedding you may cancel without further
obligation, but will forfeit all fees paid to date, unless the date is re-booked for a
new wedding at the same service level.
If I am able to rebook the date you will receive a refund of 50% of all fees paid to
date.
Q. Do you ever charge on a percentage basis?
A. I don't believe in charging based on percentage. I always charge a flat fee,
which is clearly stated from the moment we agree to work together. Additional
charges are rare, and mutually agreed upon in advance.
Q. Do you receive fees from any vendors?
A. You are my exclusive client, and my only obligation, financial or otherwise,
is to you. With the exception of any affiliate programs linked to this web site, I
do not accept commissions, percentages or fees from anyone else.

Q. How many weddings do you do per weekend? A. One, and only one. When you book Wedding Day Coordination or Wedding Design and Planning you become my exclusive client for that weekend. I will not shortchange you by allowing myself to be distracted by multiple events. Something else you should know is that from April 15 to October 15 I coordinate weddings exclusively. I am available to assist with non-wedding social events only late in fall and during the winter.

Q. Do you sell Invitations, Accessories, Cakes, etc?
A. There are so many wonderful choices available to you, I do not feel it would
be right to limit you to the selection I'd be able to offer. I'd much rather be able
to help you find the right vendor or supplier for you, based on your unique
vision and budget.
